I want to change my life with meditation... but how?

Using Mantras
Another way to change your life with meditation is mantras. These are words or phrases that are repeated during meditation for the desired effect. They touch your mind as well as help your physical body’s state of being. Older mantras are in Sanskrit, but ones in English work also.
